Getting Started with a Cultural Survey…
Before embarking on your employee training programme with the Safety Coach Academy, we will carry out a full Cultural Survey. This helps pinpoint what makes a positive culture: i.e. valuing, recognising and supporting individual’s contribution to the company, both from the perspective of the employer and employee. Teaming up with The Safety Coach Academy gives you the opportunity to have a bespoke survey created to identify the culture within your organisation. We’ll do the hard work. We’ll create and administer the survey and then provide you with detailed analysis in your preferred format. The Survey design and set up allows you to drill down to look at service areas, specific departments, etc. Our position as an external consultancy ensures confidentiality, anonymity and impartiality, resulting in more accurate results.
